Vroom is a global program of the Bezos Family Foundation, providing science-based tips and tools to inspire families to turn shared, everyday moments into Brain-building moments.

They came to us to increase their value perception, become more visible to their audience, and create a sustainable process for measuring success.

The Solution

We began by auditing their digital channels to determine the best brand positioning that would resonate with their target audience of parents and teachers. 

These learnings informed a strategy and implementation plan for their online presence, enabling them to effectively and authentically connect with their audience.

We then directly managed their Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts and streamlined their social media management processes to ensure a consistent cadence of thematic content. This included daily content creation, setting up an editorial calendar, content tests, and a boosted post campaign.

The Result

Our work resulted in:

  • A reliable stream of new and relatable content that helped parents feel affirmed as well as informed

  • Increased engagement across all channels in 2021: 7.7% on Twitter, 732% on Instagram, and 63% on Facebook.
