This Is My Brave aims to end the stigma surrounding mental illness through live performances and creative storytelling. Digital marketing and communications is central to their work.

The Solution

To determine the best positioning for This is My Brave, we conducted an audit of existing social media channels, a competitive analysis of national organizations, and a series of internal interviews to understand the organization’s digital needs and challenges.

These learnings informed a strategy and implementation plan for their online presence, covering social channels - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - as well as their website and blog. This included setting up an editorial calendar and monitoring tools for the organization.

We also trained their executive team and key staff how to organize their social media content, coordinate efficiently across the team, and use social tools effectively.

The Result

Our work resulted in:

  • A strong foundation to grow their online engagement and presence.

  • A practical strategy document detailing This Is My Brave’s brand voice and tone, image and video use, best practices tactics for social media, and a guide for measuring and analyzing performance.
