Creative Associates International is a global organization that supports people around the world to realize positive change.

Their needs included a review of their social media channels, a competitive analysis of several peer organizations, and strategic recommendations to help them reach the next level in their content marketing. In addition, they needed an experienced firm to recommend a dashboard and tools for their international team, to strengthen their internal communications and processes.

The Solution

The Good Lemon conducted a full social media audit of CAI’s channels, as well as an in-depth competitive analysis of seven peer organizations and their digital activity. We drafted a set of strategic recommendations including best practices for posting across international timezones, optimizing profiles for search engines, posting in multiple languages, and boosting direct engagement and conversation with their target audiences.

In addition, we streamlined their communications processes with an editorial calendar template and monitoring and management tools, and trained communications staff on how to use them effectively across departments.

The Result

Creative Associates International is better prepared to manage content coming from multiple teams more effectively, and ensure that all content going out from their team members and offices is consistent, branded appropriately, and tailored to their international audiences.
